Tissue Zari Sarees in Pragathi Nagar
Tissue sarees have become the reception favourite for Hyderabad brides, and for good reason — the zari-woven ground catches every bit of light, so photographs look luminous without any embellishment at all. At Nakshathra Boutique in Pragathi Nagar we curate tissue zari drapes in soft pastels and metallic neutrals, then finish them properly with matched lining, a smooth petticoat and a made-to-measure blouse. We serve brides across Bachupally, Nizampet, Kukatpally, KPHB, Miyapur and greater Hyderabad.
Colours We Stock
Pastels and metallic neutrals dominate the tissue palette, pairing especially well with diamond, polki and rose gold jewellery.
- Ivory cream with gold zari
- Rose gold pink
- Lavender
- Mint green
- Aqua blue
- Golden mustard
Styling & Draping Tips
Tissue is sheer and slippery, so the finish depends as much on the foundation as the saree itself.
- Always use a matched satin or crepe lining petticoat
- Keep pleats fewer and wider so the fabric does not bunch
- Pin the pallu at the shoulder for a structured fall
- Pair with a fitted, lightly embellished blouse rather than a heavy one
- Choose delicate jewellery — the fabric already carries the shine
Embroidery on Tissue
Heavy stonework is the fastest way to ruin a tissue saree. We use light aari, pearl, sequin and cutdana work with reinforced organza or net backing so the weight is distributed and the sheer weave never pulls or tears at the anchor points.
Care Instructions
Dry clean only. Store rolled or loosely folded in muslin, never in plastic, and avoid hanging for long periods since the weight of the fabric distorts the weave. Keep perfume and deodorant away from the zari.
Delivery Timeline
Sarees are available immediately. Blouse and lining stitching takes 10 to 14 days, or 3 weeks with hand embroidery. Rush service available for wedding-week requirements.
Suitable Occasions
Reception, cocktail and sangeet evenings, engagement, haldi-adjacent functions, festive dinners and bridesmaid coordination.
