Jewellery rentals are time-bound. Late returns may incur additional charges. Damaged or lost rental pieces are the responsibility of the customer and will be assessed for repair or replacement costs.

For any dispute, we prefer to resolve matters directly through discussion. Reach out via WhatsApp or phone and we will do our best to find a fair solution.
